We have reached another anniversary; our tasting room has been opened for 2 years as of today. These limited releases are only going to be available at the winery. Come enjoy them while you can!

Our 2016 Sparkling wine is a sparkler walks the line between frizzante and spumante – a level of bubble that is approachable and delicious, without being too serious. The fresh and aromatic style features notes of pineapple, coconut, and mandarin orange. The palate is dry but balanced with fine mousse and a delicate mouthfeel.

Native to northern parts of Asia and Europe, Haskap berries have long been prized for their unique taste and natural health properties. We grow and blend together three different varieties for the perfect balance of sweet flavour and acidity.

Our Haskap wine offers aromas of blueberry, strawberry, rhubarb, vanilla, and pastry. It has a very concentrated palate with loads of acidity to balance the sweetness. This dessert wine pairs beautifully with just about anything chocolate.
