Icewine is wine made from grapes that have been left to freeze naturally on the vine. With this loss of moisture, comes intense and wonderful flavours.

We harvested the grapes for our icewines in 2014. An early spring led to an incredibly warm summer in 2014. In fact, it was the most heat we had seen since 2003, when our vineyards were still hayfield. After the long, warm fall somebody turned the heat off and we got hit with a nasty November cold snap. Nasty for us, but great for icewine. It was one of the earliest icewine picks on record and resulted in superb quality and fresh flavours.
